KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Reflective Roof Coatings Institute (RRCI) will hold its third annual mid-year technical meeting at the Republic Powdered Metals Lodge in Medina, Ohio on Aug. 20-21. Roofing consultants, coatings manufacturers, building owners, facilities managers, architects, building code officials, roofing contractors, educators, and students are invited to attend the session, “Substrates: Cover, Protect & Cool.” RRCI's mission is to promote the benefits of reflective roof coatings in extending the life of roof systems while reducing energy consumption and demand for the building envelope. Attendees will also discuss insights and input on the technical and business issues facing the cool roofing industry. Scheduled speakers include Jim Burkett, Product Development Manager with Genflex, Inc., and Roger Morrison of NCFI Polyurethanes.
